You're a waiter trying to get through the day-to-day in a hectic saloon where fights break out at any moment. Try to deliver the drinks to whoever ordered them -- if hit, you'll drop the drinks and have to pick them up again.

It's hilarious just to watch the mayhem spew out everywhere while your just trying to strafe around. I thinking adding a textbox showing your score could help people try to beat their last high-score like a general arcade type game.
